Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We offer shipping across the UAE and select international destinations. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
- UAE Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- UAE Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
- International Shipping: 7–21 business days (varies by destination)
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Customs & Duties (International Orders) International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total or shipping cost.
Gift Packaging All Treazure orders are carefully packaged with our signature gift-ready presentation. If you'd like to include a personalized gift note, please add it at checkout.
Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at [your email address]. We'll work quickly to resolve the issue.
Address Changes & Tracking
Our Customer Care team will be happy to assist with changing your preferred delivery date and address should you require. However, if you have received an email informing you that your order has been dispatched, we won’t be able to change your address. Please note that a change to an address outside of the original delivery country will not be possible.
